DFY ACADEMY BASKETBALL

The new season starts on Monday 14 September 2026.

Open to all abilities, from children who have never picked up a ball to players already competing. Sessions are coached, structured and built so that everyone trains together without anyone being left on the edge of the group.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL DO

Every session covers skill work, small-sided games and full-court play. Coaches work with players individually inside the group, so beginners build the basics while more experienced players are pushed.

Children aged 5 to 9 focus on learning the game and building confidence. From age 10, players train as a team, with regular friendly matches and a route into competitive basketball.
