Our 2025 fundraiser brings the community together and raises vital funds for children’s sport. You can help by contributing items or skills.

WHY IT MATTERS

All funds raised will support DFY’s new Mental Health & Mentorship Programme for local children.

Many of the children we work with face emotional and social challenges with little support. This programme offers trusted adult mentors, safe spaces, and support when it’s most needed. Your participation helps us reach even more kids.

FAQ

  • No. The event is free and open to everyone. But if you register, you’ll get 5 free tokens to use on the day.

  • No. The event is completely free to attend. You only pay for what you choose to take part in using tokens.

  • Tokens are used to join in on activities, buy food and drinks, enter the tombola, and take part in games. Almost everything fun on the day uses tokens.

    You can get 5 free tokens by registering in advance. You can also buy more at the event if needed.

  • Roundwood School & Community Centre, NW10 3UN, right next to Roundwood Park.

  • The event runs from 11am to 3pm. Come for the full day or just pop in when you can.

  • If you registered online, your name will be on the list at the Welcome Table near the entrance. Just check in and pick up your tokens.

  • We accept both card and cash, but we prefer card if possible. It helps us keep things running smoothly on the day.

  • Yes. The venue is buggy-friendly.

  • There’s limited street parking nearby. We recommend walking or using public transport if possible.
